I understand that I must receive a confirmation email confirming my reservation before use.
I understand that no open flames can be used anywhere on Shadowbrook Property and this includes inside the clubhouse, the pool area or parking lot of clubhouse. This includes but not limited to: grills, candles or tiki torches.
The pool cannot be reserved. The pool is open to all Co-owners, Tenants and Guests even during your reservation. I understand that restrooms remain open for use inside the clubhouse during reservation.
I agree to clean up the clubhouse after use and make ready for the next use. I will vacuum, remove trash to the dumpster and I understand that cleaning supplies are provided inside the clubhouse including a vacuum cleaner.
I agree to a $100 minimum cleaning fee if the clubhouse is not cleaned at the end of reservation time.
I understand that no banners, balloons or other signage is allowed outside of the clubhouse. This includes the fenced pool area.
I understand that NO food is allowed in the pool area at any time.
I understand that no furniture from outside including the pool area should be moved inside.
I understand that no tables can be set up outside of the clubhouse for my reservation.
