Shadowbrook Swimming Pool and Clubhouse Rules for 2025

• Pool hours: 7 Days week…6AM-10PM
• NO Lifeguard…. Everyone swims at their own risk
• No diving, jumping or running around pool
• No large floats or oversized rafts
• No loud music
• No food permitted in the pool area
• No glass containers around the pool
• No alcoholic beverages in pool area
• No pets allowed in pool area or inside fence
• Co-Owner or Legal Tenant must accompany and be present with guests at pool
• No smoking inside fence area of pool or inside the clubhouse.
  This includes vaping and smokeless tobacco
• No littering or leaving trash outside of trash can. Please clean up after yourself
• To prevent damage lower umbrella shades after use. Do NOT move furniture
• Gate to pool is to be closed and locked at ALL times. State Law
• All individuals under 18 must be accompanied by an adult Co-Owner or Tenant
• Babies must wear store bought swimwear also known as “Little Swimmers” NO diapers
• DO NOT sit inside the Clubhouse with wet swimsuits
• Always use common sense and respect other residents. The pool is to be enjoyed by all and enjoyment is defined differently by all. Please be respectful to others.
• If the clubhouse is being used, be respectful entering and leaving the clubhouse bathrooms
